Coho Cafe

A Northwest restaurant brand with Southwest flair, from the sign out front to the chandelier.

The challenge:

Coho Cafe blends local seafood with Southwest flavor. The brand had to feel easy enough for a weeknight dinner and nice enough for date night, and hold up through years of promotions.

The approach:

I handled every stage, from brand exploration to interior design. That includes the swimming forks chandelier, menus, packaging, signage and in house materials. Everything was built to work in low light and in a busy kitchen, and to stay consistent across print, web and every location.

The outcome:

A neighborhood brand that feels fresh and confident, used for years across promotions, gift cards and seasonal updates.

Approachable on a weeknight. Elevated on date night.
