Space Needle
Sustainability Series

A poster and banner series that put the renovation's green upgrades in front of every visitor.

The challenge:

The renovation came with real sustainability work in water, waste, energy and local sourcing. Almost none of it is visible to a visitor. The series had to explain it in the few seconds someone spends in front of a poster.

The approach:

One idea per piece, a headline you can read from across the room, and a photo illustration that ties each topic back to the Needle itself. Roots for local suppliers. A water ripple for conservation. A forest growing up the tower for green building. The banners carry the detail for anyone who stops to read.

The outcome:

A consistent series that made the building's invisible green work something visitors could see, read and remember.

If visitors can't see the green work, you have to show it to them.
