Case study · Food & Beverage
A functional sparkling beverage, from naming and concept through production ready files.
The problem
A new drink needed a name, a brand and a can that could sit next to wellness drinks and seltzers.
The insight
The simplest direction read fastest against both.
Design intent
Four directions explored, then one. A silver can, an A·W·G mark and one painted fruit per flavor.
The outcome
Signed off and production ready. Shelved for budget before launch.
The brief
A new sparkling drink built around four active ingredients. It needed a name, a brand and a can that could stand on shelf next to both wellness drinks and seltzers.

Strawberry, in hand.
The approach
I explored four distinct directions, from an ingredient matrix to a typographic Aging With Grace mark, then converged on the simplest. A silver can, an A·W·G wordmark and one painted fruit per flavor, with a colored rim that carries the actives.

Lemon Lime and Watermelon.

Mango and Strawberry. One painted fruit per flavor, with the actives on a colored rim.
The outcome
4
concept directions explored
4
