Case study · Food & Beverage
Organic snack pouch system with labeling compliance, shelf displays and room for new flavors.
The problem
Five sub brands had to share one shelf without blurring together, and every pouch carried three certifications.
The insight
A fixed structure lets each brand be different only where it matters.
Design intent
The green cap and globe seal hold the family. Wordmark color and a side flag change. Certifications sit in a fixed row.
The outcome
New flavors drop in by swapping the flag and the photo. The look carried to racks, counters and cards.
The brief
International Harvest sells organic, gluten free superfood snacks under five names. Granolamax, Trailmax, Cookiemax, Kokomax and Naturemax had to share one shelf without blurring together. Every pouch had to carry USDA Organic, Non GMO and gluten free marks.

Granolamax and Trailmax.
The approach
Every pouch shares one structure. The forest green cap and globe seal hold the family. Each sub brand gets its own wordmark color, and a side flag calls out the blend. Certification marks sit in a fixed row along the bottom, so new flavors drop in by swapping the flag and the photo.

New blends drop into the same structure.

Premium Blend Almond Crunch.

Flavor pairs across the five sub brands.
At retail
The same green cap carried into a Max Snacks floor rack, a Naturemax counter display and the company's business cards.
